10 Things I've Learned From A 11 Week Old Sheepdog

10 Things I've Learned From A 11 Week Old Sheepdog.

10 Things I've Learned From A 11 Week Old Sheepdog:

1.) You Gain So Many New Friends:

People who have walked by you on the street for years and never spoke to you before now want to be friends.

Strangers in the street will stop and talk.

Most people will stop you to have a chat stop.

2.) A Quick Walk Can Last An Hour:

A 30-minute school run now takes over an hour.

3.) Puppies Eat Everything And Anything:

Little stones in the garden, look like pieces of dog food.

Mollie now cannot be left anywhere along!

She tries to eat them.

Free time? No, my time has now gone.

4.) Long Dresses Can Not Be Worn:

Maxi dresses are no longer the right dress code to wear.

They are like a rip and tear game to her.

See how long it takes to rip it.

I was up a ladder painting wearing a maxi dress, the next minute she ripped by pulling at the bottom to get my attention. It ripped at the seams and I was nearly wearing a top!

5.) Everything Is A Game To Mollie:

Going upstairs is a game of catching me!

See how long it take you mum for me to run and catch me!!

6.) Ear Muffs Are Your New Best Friend:

She has just discovered she can bark! Loud too!!

And tries it out a lot!

7.) No Need For A Gardener:

She loves to dig in the garden but nowhere I want her to dig!

8.) Play Ball Is So Much Fun:

Playing fetch with the ball is now starting to be fun as she can bring the ball back when she feels like it.

9.) I Feel Guilty Leaving The House:

If you have to go out in the day she whines so hard when you first leave and makes you feel so guilty.

No trip to the gym again for me today!!

10.) A Great Welcome Home:

When you arrive home, even just after 20 minutes later as you feel guilty staying out, she makes a fuss like you have been away years.

Worth going out for!!
Now Mollie has had her second injection we can go walkies.

Now, this is going to be fun!!

  4. Hey there,
You have a very cute pup! I love Bobtails {though your pup is tax-exempt even with a tail :)}!!
Just like pebbles and small pieces of wood, someone's eye glasses can become a chew-toy too, especially if the human forgets to play with the pup long enough :)
Enjoy your wonderful companion! I wish you all lots of joy.
    Peace :)

    1. Thanks for stopping by and the lovely comment.Ha, I can imagine she would chew anything :)

  5. Yep, that sounds about right. Everything you just said is exactly what we are going through with our puppy Loki ; ) One other thing that I really have to be careful of is that when I am sewing I make sure I never drop any pins or needles on the floor without picking them up, because if it lands on the floor Loki thinks it's his to eat. Enjoy the pup, he's really cute!

    1. Whoo yes, I can imagine anything will be eaten. Mollie was trying to get to a slug the other day :( good job I got to pick her up i time..

  6. oh so cute. yes the guilt of going out much less going away and leaving them. our dogs used to cry and howl when we picked them up again even if only a few days away.

    1. Aww bless, I can imagine this now I have a puppy!!

      Thanks for stopping by ..
