A fresh and zingy summer drink to enjoy in the sunshine.

How To Make A Healthy Chantenay, Grapefruit And Ginger Super Juice:

Serves: 2
Preparation time: 10 minutes

You’ll Need:

  • 250g Chantenay
  • 2 white grapefruit, peeled and cut into segments
  • 15g fresh ginger, unpeeled and left whole

What To Do:

  1. Using a juicer, feed the carrots, grapefruit and ginger into the machine.
  2. Mix well and pour into two glasses. Serve immediately, over ice if desired.
