New Fitness Plans: Just Do It

New Fitness Plans: Just Do It. (OR TRY YOUR BEST!). Good morning friends. Happy Monday.

Today is also Blue Monday, the most depressing day of the year. I'm not going to let today be blue as I have two weeks' holiday from work and today I started my new fitness plan.

So I have plenty of time to exercise and also meal plan healthier dinners. Then catch up on lots of jobs that need doing.

New Fitness Plans: Trying to achieve my health and wellness goals. With a focus on action and empowerment. My plans are designed to motivate and inspire you to take charge of your fitness journey too.

So lace up your sneakers, grab your water bottle, and let's make strides toward a healthier, happier you too.

New Fitness Plans: Just Do It:

In the words of Nike " Just Do It." Today I started running again and plan to kick start it with a 2-week run streak to get me back into running again.

Mollie and I ran 2 miles to the park and back. We took this photo when we got home and yep, she still looks fresh and I was out of breath!! All good though.

My knees hurt a little on the way home with this extra weight I'm carrying but OK.

My Fitbit died on me as the battery does not last long before needing charging. Grr typical as I wanted to do 10,000 steps today too.

Any fun plans for today? Have a great day and don't let it be blue. New Fitness Plans: Just Do It.

  1. I could probably be doing with getting back to doing exercise but I hate cardio. It’s really not for me at all. I prefer having someone to talk to at the gym so it puts me off going alone.

    1. I prefer the gym when I knew my friends would be there. I do not push myself on my own.

  2. I'm more a walker than a runner (I've never liked running since back in the school cross-country days!) Blue Monday wasn't a bad day though for me, so that was good!

  4. I agree with you. Sometimes we overthink our regime - should we, shouldn't we and how should we? Get those trainers on, grab a bottle of water and just go! Well done on your 2 miles x #MixItUp

  7. After many years of not running, on New Year's day I started running and very happy to report 24 days on I am still running daily with other minimal exercise at home. It feels good to have a fitness plan to stick to.
