Birthday Fun And A Gluten And Dairy Free Coffee Cake

Birthday Fun And A Gluten And Dairy Free Coffee Cake

Birthday Fun And A Gluten And Dairy Free Coffee Cake. Hello friends. Happy Wednesday. No, I'm not applying for a bake-off!!

I am just sharing the cake I made for my Daughter's birthday because it is so yummy.

Birthday Fun And A Gluten And Dairy Free Coffee Cake:

Yesterday I made this tasty walnut and coffee cake for my daughter's birthday. Most importantly though, the cake had to be gluten-free and dairy-free. My daughter wanted a dress-up lock-down party and you can read all about it here:

It is not every day you get the chance to dress up and have fun, is it?

Mini-me turned 15 today. Oh my, where have the years gone!? So we made the most of it and what beautiful weather we have had too. Elsa From Frozen Fancy Dress: Over 40 Party Ideas.

So I asked her what cake she wanted for her birthday and she said a coffee cake. I made up this coffee walnut cake and it tasted delicious. It is also Gluten-free as my daughter has Coeliac disease and dairy-free as my son can not have dairy.

I made the @glutarama recipe up and you can find it here: Coffee Walnut Cake So sweet and yummy.
