A Walk Around Sherwood Pines In The Summer:
On Saturday we took a lovely walk around Sherwood Pines whilst the boy ran around the trails doing their Parkrun course.
It was such a beautiful day and we also had fun with our cameras in the beautiful sunshine.

Sherwood Pines Forest Park, Summertime 2020:
Such great trails and perfect for walking, running, and biking. Also, there are lots of paths to take and some fun off-road paths for biking. Every time we go up it reminds me I need a new bike.

Look up!! Above is Go Ape if you like heights!! Family Fun - Minimum age 10 years for the activity. Forest Location - Located within Sherwood Pines. Just near the car park.

Sherwood Pines Forest Park is a forest park located in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, England.
Originally called Clipstone Heath it was acquired by The Forestry Commission in 1925 and planted with trees in response to a wood shortage after World War I. What Time Does Sherwood Pines Open?
Sherwood Pines opens from 8am to dusk. Also, open every day except Christmas Day.Sherwood Pines Charges:
Sherwood Pines is open daily from 8am to dusk, admission is free although there is a car parking charge of £2 for one hour, £4 for 2 hours, or £6 for the full day.Can You Take Dogs To Sherwood Pines?
Yes, you can take your dogs to Sherwood Pines. It is such a beautiful place to run or walk your dogs. Also nice and safe to the let off if you like.
We did not take Mollie on Saturday as it was getting a bit too hot for her.
When Parkrun opens again you can also run your dogs in this. I think it is every two weeks loads of good runners and their dogs run which is lovely to see.
