How has your week been? Another busy week here with the children off school for Easter. Last week we had a fun walk/run around Gedling Country Park in Nottingham. Nothing better than getting out in the fresh air for a nice long walk to clear out the cobwebs! We love it here and need to start getting fit again to run Parkrun on Saturday mornings here. New Fitness Plans: Just Do It. (OR TRY YOUR BEST!). Good morning friends. Happy Monday.  Today is also Blue Monday, the most depressing day of the year. I'm not going to let today be blue as I have two weeks' holiday from work and today I started my new fitness plan.  So I have plenty of time to exercise and also meal plan healthier dinners. My Top Ten Tips To Lose Weight In Your 40s And Beyond. Hello friends, so how are you? Today I am sharing some ideas that I have or picked up along the way on health and fitness.  When you reach your forties unless you are very lucky, you can easily start to gain weight. My weight fluctuates like a yo-yo since reaching 40. Then when you get to your late 40's you might have 2 decisions to make like I have:  Firstly, buy a whole new wardrobe of clothes (nice idea) that fit properly and comfortably. Or secondly, try and lose weight. (Perhaps also buy some new clothes!). Whichever decision you make, it needs to be the right one for you. As it is how you feel but if you do want to lose a few pounds or just feel that bit healthier or simply make your favourite jeans fit comfortably again. Read on.
