Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

You’ll Need:
  • 500g Chantenay carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chinese five spice

How To Make Simple Five Spice Chantenay

What To Do:
  1. Wash some Chantenay and halve if large. Toss in olive oil and a generous sprinkling of Chinese Five Spice powder.
  2. Roast in a hot oven for 20-30 minutes until the Chantenay are tender.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with chopped coriander to serve.
